Doctors have to provide their availability to consult on the platform. EMR and tele video part is disconnected, two separate logins. EMR is complicated, multiple clicks required. This platform has 24*7 availability of doctors on the platform. Patients could chat with doctors on this platform. They are directed to wait for the support staff and support staff matches the patient with the available doctor. Support staff is available 24*7 to help patients.
Doctors interact with patients in synchronous chat and patients require pre-registration. Prescriptions and all clinical notes are written as plain text, there is no template or format. Each prescription has the doctor’s name and details as signature (e signature).
The consent implicit consent for the use of the platform and no consent for consultation is taken. No HCIT standards as required by EHR-SI 2016 and NDHB.
