Android app for patients and doctors with complete structured patient data records as per the Telemedicine Gudielines. Telemedicine technology is also integrated with Vytal’s web-based Practice management and EMR solution. Our privacy policies and user-account policies have been adopted in guidance with a medico-legal agency, to ensure data privacy for patients and doctors. Data is stored in a MeitY approved cloud service provider based out of Mumbai, with 256-bit encryption. The application and data is managed as per the documented SOPs. There is an 8×6 support desk setup for patients and doctors.
