The solution providers value care delivery the most. Their business model is B2B and also have white labelled products. They provide only mobile based applications for the doctors. They also provide mobile applications for patients.

The solution has an easy to use interface for doctors and has features to support clinical consultation workflows for doctors during teleconsultation. The solution does not include specialty specific assessment notes template but doctors scan and upload the prescription.The solution provides multimode interaction i.e Video,Text/SMS and Email. Doctors could interact with patients using audio/video call while simultaneously taking notes i.e. noting clinical condition, writing prescription and/or entering data concurrently in the interfaced EMR. Drug list is configurable but not integrated with the drug database, rather customized by the admin on the master list. Platform has the facility to take input from devices interface Devices like stethoscope and other IoT devices are integrated (remote center or devices). Doctors can send educational and counselling messages to patients for speciality consultation. Doctors can write a referral using the platform and share records. Before every consultation there is consent that can be printed in case of remote centres. Prescriptions can include scanned signatures, digital signature capability and e-signed signature). Doctor government ID registration details mentioned in the prescription.

Audit trail is maintained and consultation recording option is there and stored in the server (few days to download to administrator, stored at their end). The platform does not include doctor’s registration details and these details are not verified.

CD 9/10 ICD-10 for diagnosis have been implemented. HL7 APIs are implemented to exchange data. Basic security standards are implemented. Other Standards HL7 (integration capability) and LMIS are supported on demand

Patient side of the interface provides login for booking appointments. Family head’s login is there (enroll dependents, independent people) . Keywords-based doctor search facility, guided searching of doctors is there in the patient side interface. Patients can enter complaints and other details, doctors can add and modify based on favorites also (Suggested). Patient or nurse controls sharing records.

In order to provide good consulting experience to patients, the doctor’s side of the interface has seamless appointments because of the waiting room facility. Also cancel and refund facility is there. Queue management (wait time management) is inbuilt.. Queue is shown to the doctor to support in managing consultation schedules, and provides facility to initiate refund to patients in case of appointment cancellation.
