The value proposition for solution providers is care for every individual. Their business model is B2B and also have white labelled products. They provide only mobile based applications for the doctors. They also provide mobile applications for patients along with patient portal.

The solution has a mobile interface for doctors that supports basic tele-consultation workflows of doctors. This solution supports basic clinical workflow in terms of writing subjective details and objective clinical diagnosis along with assessment and planning including writing treatment / medication and other investigations as and when required. Platform has a drawing pad integrated. Platform facilitates customizable specialty specific assessment notes template. Doctors can customize the triage note taking on the platform. Doctors can interact with patients in Synchronous manner. Prescription format support including scanned signature. Platform does not support referral. Doctors can write prescriptions in free text format. Data is encrypted, patient details are encrypted and can be assessed during the follow up. Platform does not support multi party consultation. Cancellation and refund is not possible using the platform.
In terms of compliance, doctor’s government ID is verified and registration details are mentioned. Audit trail logs are maintained. Not having the facility to record consultation. Platform also has a consent mechanism and the provider can take explicit consent for using the system. There is no separate consent for every video consultation ePrescription signature type. No drug formulary is integrated. ICD-10 for diagnosis has been implemented. FHIR is implemented only to exchange diagnostic reports. Basic security standards are implemented in the platform.
Separate admin role is there. Patient portal is provided and it requires integration with the hospital UID. Patients can use the portal for booking and checking appointments. Patient’s next of kin could be added during registration. Patients can search for a doctor by name.
