The solution has an easy to use interface for doctors and has features to support specialty specific clinical consultation workflows for doctors during teleconsultation. The solution provides the specialty based template and doctors can access previous consultation notes and images along with video/audio interaction with patients. The platform also supports doctor’s performance in terms of time-efficiency by providing a user interface which requires minimum clicks and has easily navigable screens. The application is easy to use for patients with simple UI/UX. Doctors can interact with patients in only a synchronous manner. This platform supports e-prescription that has subjective details and objective clinical diagnosis along with assessment and planning, including writing treatment / medication and other investigations and e signature/digital signature. Platform claims to be providing a secure interface. The solution has provision to exchange data. It is claimed that the solution has integration of SNOMED CT for clinical finding, ICD-10 for diagnosis
and LOINC for observation codes in diagnostic reports.
Doctor’s side application provides features of sharing prescription in formats like email and available in the patient’s login. Patient signs the consent only once during the time of registering into the system. The platform supports multilingual UX and group calling is feasible. Another feature of the solution is that the patients can refer a doctor to their friend or relative using the platform. Patients can view Doctor profiles and provide feedback post consultation.
Platform has a separate admin module and dashboard for analytics. Appointment booking feature is easy to use, but Doctor search is not available as of now. The doctor can connect with the patient multiple times using one consultation link within 24 hours. In this case, the call is triggered only from the doctor. If the call is missed by the patient, a notification is sent to the patient. No waiting room facility for patients and doctors are expected to manage patients. Rescheduling and cancellation of appointment is possible by the patient 15 mins prior to the appointment
