This is a comprehensive solution for managing the entire doctor patient interaction Including tele-consultation. Doctors can interact with patients in synchronous mode using both mobile and web based responsive applications. The solution provides multimode interaction i.e. SMS, Video, audio and prior decision on consultation mode by patient is expected at the time of payment. Patients have options like chat or video or video+chat. Doctors could interact with patients using audio/video call while simultaneously taking notes i.e. noting clinical conditions, writing prescriptions and/or entering data concurrently. Templates for data entry are basic and more inline with diagnosis and assessment documentation by general physicians. Doctors have provision of maintaining some private notes during each consultation. Prescriptions generated by the platform include details like registered medical practitioner’s name, registered medical practitioner’s qualification, chief complaints and history, medicine ordered (start date, frequency, strength, end date) and it is as per TPG format.

Doctors can take a patient’s eConsent for Tele-consultation then announce the doctor’s name to the patient before the encounter.Platform design is said to protect privacy and confidentiality of Tele consultation. It was claimed that the solution has structured data recording of diagnosis . EHRIS-2013/2016 standard is implemented. The platform was told to be HIPAA compliant and as policy they don’t share records with any other system. Platform does not support health data exchange standards. No standard drug database was integrated.
Patient’s side of the interface provides login for booking appointments and to upload documents. Patients are required to provide demographic Details, mention preferred language for communication and enter self measured vitals like height and weight while taking appointments. They can upload previous consultation documents; Video and images; Share location. Patients get real time access to e-prescription. Appointment confirmation notification is sent sms.
